Definitions:

“The Service” shall mean Irish Psychics Live
“The Company” shall mean Realm Communications Ltd
“Users” shall mean callers to Irish Psychics Live
“Readers” shall mean persons retained by The Company to operate The Service
“Promotional Text Messages” shall mean text messages delivered to a mobile telephone which are free to the recipient

 Terms and Conditions
Users of The Service must be 18 years of age or over and must call from their own telephones or call with the bill payers permission.
Conversations are recorded and may be passed to the Regulator of Premium Rate Services, RegTel, if requested by the Regulator. The Company undertakes to use its best endeavours to keep recordings in the strictest confidence but shall not be responsible if recordings are accessed inadvertently or illegally by unauthorized persons.
Users agree to indemnify and keep safe The Company its directors and agents from claims for any loss or damage suffered either directly or indirectly as a result of their use of The Service.

The Company reserves the right to alter suspend or terminate The Service at its sole discretion and without notice. The Company is not responsible for calls that are cut off or end prematurely for whatever reason whether this is due to public network problems or technical faults of equipment maintained and/or owned by The Company its directors or agents. The Company shall not be obliged to issue refunds for alleged losses or damages incurred by Users as a result of premature disconnection of calls and no claims shall be entertained in respect of such disconnections.

Users should note that The Company does not make any specific claims about the abilities of its Readers and does not imply or mean to imply that any or all of its Readers are capable of foreseeing or predictions future events other than as a matter of personal opinion and Users are strongly cautioned and advised not to act upon any information received or perceived to have been received without recourse to their normal decision making processes. The Company disavows responsibility for damage or loss arising out of Users acting or failing to act upon opinions offered by its Readers. The Company also disavows responsibility for loss damage or injury arising out of negligence dishonesty or other inappropriate actions on the part of its Readers over which The Company could not reasonably have been able and/or expected to exercise control.

It is Users responsibility to ensure that they are fully aware of and completely understand these Terms & Conditions. Users are confirming that they have read these Terms and Conditions that they have understood them and that they have agreed to be bound by them.

Users also confirm that they are opting in to receive free Promotional Text Messages in connection with The Service and other services operated by The Company and/or those it’s associated companies and partners. Users have the right to opt out of receiving such messages at any time free of charge by sending the keyword NOMORE to 57700 or other such shortcode as may be promoted from time to time. To the fullest extent permitted by law The Company its directors and agents reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and/or change or terminate The Service at any time details of which amendments changes or termination shall be published and shall be applicable as from the date of such publication (publication shall also mean the transmission to relevant individuals of an SMS text message).

Users should note that they are proactively and positively opting in to receive free Promotional Texts Messages in respect of all services operated by The Company and/or its associated companies services and partners. The Service is not open to Users who do not accept these pre-conditions. Users have the right to opt out at any time free of charge by following the procedure explained above.
