Hi,
I once had a dream where I was screaming for my twin sister, who at the time was sleeping in the bunk bed above me. I was screaming her name but no sound was coming out of my mouth. It was very strange. When I woke up I was at the bottom of the bed, but I had no idea why I was there or why I was shouting out for her. This happened quite a few years ago, but I have always wondered what it meant.

To dream that you are screaming is often a sign that you will receive some sort of a proposal that my be in your interest to accept. In this particular dream you were screaming, but no voice was coming out. This indicates that there may have been an absence of something between you and your sister, and you may have been finding it difficult to express your emotions to her.
The fact that you were screaming and your twin could not hear you due to your lack of voice, may also be a subconcious fear. When one gets older they move on with their lown lives and sometimes in the case of twins it can cause anxiety for some to feel that they may be parted and the fear that the other twin won't be there when needed.
